چکیده
During the material removal stage in stone rough processing, milling type has been widely explored, which, however, may cause time and consumption, as well substantial stress for environment. To improve rate waste reuse processing three-dimensional products with a special shape, this paper, circular saw disc cutting is explored to cut convex polyhedron out of blank box, which approaches target product. Unlike optimization, problem cannot be solved by mathematical methods, have geometrical methods instead. An automatic block strategy proposed intuitively considering series optimization first time. obtain big block, constructing planes based on vertices uniquely proposed. Specifically, (the maximum thickness removal) are searched octree algorithm, plane constructed guarantee relatively block. Moreover, minimize time, characteristics intersecting polygon analyzed, accompanied constraints guillotine mode. The algorithm determining path presented feed direction shortest stroke, confirms From suboptimal solution average ratio volume time) generated. Finally, simulation carried box approach bounding sphere both MATLAB Vericut platform. In case study, 85% 19 cuts, achieves five times higher than that one capacity case.

متن کاملA Novel Symmetry-based Method for Efficient Computation of 2d and 3d Geometric Moments
Moment invariants are widely used in reconstruction, recognition and discrimination of 2D and 3D images. Accurate and efficient computation of these moment invariants is a big challenge to the community of image processing and pattern recognition. Since the wide class of moment invariants of digital images is generally expressed as a combination of geometric moments, highly accurate and efficie...

15 صفحه اولA study on behavior of block pavement using 3D finite element method
Three dimensioned finite element analysis were conducted on concrete block paving. In order to verify the calculated results, an experimental case study was analyzed. Good agreement was observed between the measured and the calculated results. Based on the finite element analysis results and available failure models, comprehensive design charts were developed for port and industrial pavement wh...
متن کاملA New Method for Geolocating of Radiation Sources Based on Evolutionary Computation of TDOA Equations
In this article a new method is introduced for geolocating of signal emitters which is based on evolutionary computation (EC) concept. In the proposed method two well-known members of EC techniques including Bees Algorithm (BA) and Genetic Algorithm (GA), are utilized to estimate the positions of emitters by optimizing the hyperbola equations which have been resulted from Time Difference of Arr...
